2010: IWU men's track team co-captain... Finished 3rd in the men's 3000 steeplechase with a time of 9:33.51 at the CCIW outdoor meet...His distance medley placed 2nd at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin indoor meet with a time of 10:11.35... Was chosen as the "Most Valuable Performer" for the men's cross country team...


Fall 2009: Earned cross country all-conference honors as he finished 12th in College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships with a time of 27:29.9...

2009: CCIW Indoor: Finished 4th in the 1600m

High School: Three letters in both cross country and track…Earned all-conference honors as a senior in both sports
