Served as the team's captain in 1991 and, as a freshman, was the co-winner of the team's "Most Valuable Freshman" award... Played in the defensive backfield, he finished his career with 192 tackles and three interceptions... Served as treasurer of the Student Accounting Society and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants... Greek peer counselor on campus and has been a volunteer for five year's for the Illinois Special Olympics.
