CHRIS SIMICH, Basketball, Indian Head Park (LaGrange Lyons HS), Business Administration - Four-year letterman and team's "Most Valuable Player" in 1995 and 1996... A first team all-CCIW selection as a junior and senior and was league's "Most Outstanding Player" in 1995... Has been named to the first team of All-America squads chosen by Basketball Times and Columbus Multimedia... Had 1,363 career points and 624 rebounds, placing him ninth and eighth all-time at IWU in those categories... One of only five in IWU history with more than 1,300 points and 600 rebounds in a career and one of only four who have scored 500 points in two seasons at IWU... His 597 points is the sixth best single-season effort at IWU... Played on two CCIW championship teams and was co-captain of 1996 team that finished third in NCAA Division III national tournament... Named to NCAA all-tournament team... Officer, Sigma Chi fraternity... He is the son of Milan and JoAnn Simich, Indian Head Park.
