2010: Track team captain...Member of distance medley team that placed 5th at the NCAA Division III Indoor championships with a time of 11:59.22...Placed 1st in the 5000 meter run at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin indoor meet with a time of 17:58.90. She also placed 1st in the one mile run with a time of 5:16.73, and she placed 2nd in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:27.32...Placed 2nd in the 10,000 meter,1500 meter and the 5000 meter at the CCIW outdoor meet

Fall 2009: Only the second IWU runner to earn entry into NCAA Division III national cross country meet...Finished ninth (21:46) in NCAA Midwest regional meet and was narned all-region (U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association)...Became the first women's cross country runner in IWU history to win College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin meet on Oct. 31 with a time of 23:15.3...Named CCIW "Runner of the Week" for her showing in Oct. 10 Terre Haute Gibson Family Invitational where she placed fourth in the College Division...Named CCIW "Runner of the Week" for her effort in Sept. 11 Bradley Invitational where she finished third in the College Division...

2008-09: Was most valuable women's performer for 2008-09 IWU cross country team...Earned All-Academic honors in U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association women’s NCAA Division III Cross Country Scholar Athlete of the Year program...Women's "Hardest Worker" for 2009 track team...CCIW Indoor: Finished 2nd in the 1600m run and 1st in the 3000m run

2008: Ran a leg on the school record distance medley relay team (indoor) and on the 4x800 relay team (outdoor)...CCIW Indoor: Finished seventh in the mile...CCIW Outdoor: Took seventh place in the 1500m...

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered all four years in both cross country and track...Selected as team Captain and an all-conference performer in both sports...Named "Hardest Worker" in track, and "MVP" for cross country...Was an academic all-American and was an all-region performer.
