Senior guard Sean Johnson begins College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin play ranked (as of Jan. 4) No. 18 in career scoring at the school, No. 5 in 3-point field goals made and No. 15 in assists. He had a career-high 35 points in the Titans' win at Monmouth earlier this season (Nov. 23) and followed that four days later with a 34 point outburst against Dominican, earning him CCIW "Player of the Week" honors.
The team's co-captain in 2010-11, Johnson was a third team all-CCIW player as a freshman and a second team all-CCIW selection as a junior.
A business administration major at Illinois Wesleyan, Sean is the son of Kirk and Ruth Johnson of Washington, Ill.

Why you chose Illinois Wesleyan:
It gave me the opportunity to get a great education and continue playing basketball. Also, it’s only 40 minutes or so from my house and I didn’t want to be too far away from my family.

IWU class you’re most qualified to teach: I think it has to be Coaching Basketball or I could make my own Gateway and mold the minds of freshmen. That sounds more fun.

Worst grade in a class you ever got – what and when? I fought pretty hard to not have to take Business Statistics or Accounting 212 over again. I will leave it at that.

I’m deathly afraid of ... : Losing my family or friends

Worst habit: Biting my nails

Most expensive traffic ticket: I got a $20 parking ticket sophomore year and that is my only ticket.

Language I’d like to learn: Mandarin because that is what Doug Sexauer said (in his "Featured Titan" profile) and it would be fun to talk about people with him in Mandarin.

Your usual response to “What’s going on?”:
Just livin’ life, whats going on with you?

Favorite sports figures: player- Michael Jordan, coach- Rex Ryan is endlessly entertaining

My greatest moment in sports was: The run to the Elite 8 last year was great

The best player I ever faced was: Jeff Teague, DeAndre Liggins, or Ruth Johnson when she used to pitch to me in our driveway.

Worst dresser on my team: Duncan Lawson but I don’t like the fact that Nick Anderson only wears skinny jeans.

Thing that’s been in my fridge the longest: Our fridge is disgusting. We absolutely still have things in there that we bought when we moved in two years ago.

Person I’m dying to have dinner with: I’d like to eat dinner with Charles Barkley but I don’t think I want to die to eat dinner with anyone.

Favorite food: Wings

Vegetable I won’t eat: I don’t eat most vegetables or fruits. Apples with peanut butter or salad are about as healthy as I get.

Pepsi or Coke?: Cherry Coke

Favorite TV shows: "Always Sunny in Philadelphia", "The Wire", "Boy Meets World", "Friends", "Entourage", "House Hunters International"

Favorite musical group: It’s a tie between Creed or Nickelback. They both rock.

Favorite movies: "Miracle", "Remember the Titans", "Dumb and Dumber", "Tommy Boy"

If a movie were made of my life, I would like the following person to play me: Mark Wahlberg

The person in history I would most like to meet is: Willy Wonka

My dream job would be: World’s best rapper who moonlights as a secret agent

Place I’d most like to live: I used to say a pink bedroom with Matt Schick but since I already live there I’d love to live on a lake close to a golf course.

My possession that would fetch the most on eBay: It would be a close match between my TV and my autographed, framed Brian Cook University of Illinois jersey

What I miss most about being in the third grade: I never had to study because I was so good at times tables. And I didn’t know Doug Sexauer.
