Illinois Wesleyan senior Liz Oltman (Port Byron, Ill., Riverdale HS) turned in a personal-best time of 1:02.31 in winning the 400 meter hurdles at the 2017 outdoor College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships and she was second in the 200 meter, third in the 400, and ran a leg on the second-place 4x400 relay at the CCIW indoor championships.
In previous years she was all-CCIW outdoor six times and all-conference indoor five times. She was a 2016 Division III All-American for running a leg on the fifth place 4x400 relay team in the NCAA national meet which also earned her USTFCCCA all-Midwest Region honors.
A psychology major at Illinois Wesleyan, she is the daughter of Dan and Sue Oltman.
