Illinois Wesleyan senior Brady Rose (Bloomington, Ill., Bloomington HS) has been named to the first team of the all-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin all-star squads as a sophomore and junior. He was chosen the CCIW "Player of the Week" three times as a junior and was chosen to the D3Hoops.com Men's Basketball Team of the Week for Dec. 31-Jan. 7.
As of Nov. 16, Rose ranked 36th all-time at IWU in scoring and was ninth in 3-point field goals made and 26th in assists. Go here to see IWU career records.
Majoring in business (marketing) at Illinois Wesleyan, he is the son of Tina and [IWU head coach] Ron Rose.

One word your mother or father would use to describe you: Stubborn
 
Favorite sports figures: Steve Nash, Steph Curry
 
My greatest moment in sports was: Winning the regular season conference title last year
 
The best player I ever faced was: Jabari Parker dunked on my friend in high school, it was pretty cool
 
Worst dresser on my team: This one’s tough. Bernie Coderre definitely has the most unique style on the team, so take that how you want
 
Thing that’s been in my fridge the longest: A free Red Bull that Chegg gave me
 
Person I’m dying to have dinner with: Guy Fieri, he knows all the spots
 
Favorite food: S’mores or movie theater popcorn
 
Vegetable I won’t eat: Kale
 
Pepsi or Coke? Kool-Aid Jammers
 
Favorite TV show: Either “The Office” or “HIMYM”
 
Favorite musical group: Can’t choose, I like too many different genres
 
Favorite movie: “Semi-Pro”
