Illinois Wesleyan senior Pat Sodemann opened the 2014-15 season ranked No. 17 in school records with 91 career 3-pointers.
A transfer from Truman State prior to 2012-13 season, his 56 3-pointers last season was 21st most in an IWU season.
A business major at Illinois Wesleyan, he is from a basketball family - his father played at Cornell University and was Pat's high school coach; one brother (Chip) played at Truman State while another brother (Buddy) played at Westminster College, was a graduate assistant coach at IWU from 2010-12 and is an assistant at Loras.

Why I chose Illinois Wesleyan: I liked the school colors.

The IWU class I'd be most qualified to teach: Walking-- Left, Right, Repeat.

Biggest challenge of being a D-III athlete: Having to buy everything.

Worst grade: I'm no valedictorian.

I'm deathly afraid of: Pretty women

Worst habit: I have a lot of them

Most expensive traffic ticket: Way much more money than I have, unfortunately.

Language I'd like to learn: Italian

Longest I could survive without cell phone: Probably a couple days. After that, my parents would be worried sick.

A word that my mom and dad would use to describe me: Problem child

Favorite sports figure: Mike Ditka

Greatest moment in sports: I don't have many, but going to the Final 4 has to be up there.

Best player I faced: Brad Beal, Harrison Barnes, and Phil Pressey. They are all in the NBA so they were pretty good.

Worst dresser on my team: Mike Marietti.. Without a doubt. He hasn't looked good in 3 years.

Thing that's been in my fridge longest: Roommate's half-eaten frozen pizza

Person I'm dying to have dinner with: I feel like Will Smith would be a fun person to have dinner with. As long as some of his old songs were playing in the background.

Favorite food: Anything from Tommy's. The food there is second to none.

Vegetable I won't eat: Brussels sprouts. They aren't very good.

Pepsi or Coke? Neither would be my first choice, but if I were forced to choose, Pepsi

Favorite TV show: Probably "Shark Tank". I like Mark Cuban.

Favorite musical group: Has to be N'Sync

Favorite movie: I'm a big "Hoosiers" fan, but I enjoy anything with Tom Hanks or Denzel Washington.

If a movie were made of my life, I would like the following person to play me: Adam Sandler. I hear we look alike.

If my life were on TV as a reality show, I’d call it: "The Pat Sodemann Show"

The person in history I would most like to meet is: Abe Lincoln

My dream job would be: The owner of a company that is doing really well would be my dream job

Place I’d most like to live: I would love to live somewhere on a beach. Probably California

Two things that are tops on my “bucket list”: Skydiving and bungee jumping

My possession that would fetch the most on eBay: I dont have a lot of very valuable things. Maybe my mini fridge

Who is the luckiest person in the world? Bryce Dolan. I've never seen someone who is luckier than he is

What I miss most about being in the third grade: I miss recess and the lack of homework. Those were good times
