Ogunribido Named CCIW Field Athlete of the Week

Fifth weekly award of illustrious career

NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Ahead of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championships, Illinois Wesleyan University women's track & field junior Imani Ogunribido (Hanover Park, Ill.-Lake Park) was named the CCIW's Field Athlete of the Week Wednesday, Feb. 25. It is her second weekly award of the season and the fifth of her career.

At the Friday Night Tri meet Friday, Feb. 20, Ogunribido reset her own indoor triple jump program and conference all-time record. Previously jumping 12.53m on Dec. 5, 2025 at the Titan First Chance, Ogunribido leaped an indoor personal-best 12.63m last week. Ahead of the CCIW Championships this weekend, Friday-Saturday, Feb. 27-28, Ogunribidio currently holds the best mark in the league by nearly three feet.

Additionally, Ogunribido has held the best triple jump mark in Division III throughout the season, and now extends her lead over national competitors by over two feet. In the Division III all-time ranks, Ogunribido moved up to eighth on the all-time list.

The Titans play host to the CCIW Championships this weekend, Feb. 27-28, as Ogunribido eyes her second career indoor triple jump CCIW title.
