NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Illinois Wesleyan University women's track and field senior Adriana Crabtree (Normal, Ill.-University High) earned back-to-back College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Track Athlete of the Week honors, as announced by the league office Wednesday, Feb. 11. She is the first to earn the award in consecutive weeks since Elmhurst's Tiana Grady did so in the 2023-24 season.

At the Keck Select Invitational Saturday, Feb. 7, Crabtree broke IWU's indoor record in the 3000m, winning the race and crossing the finish line in 9:42.66. Her time broke Erin McCarey's record of 9:50.29 set in 2016. An indoor CCIW all-time top mark was also set, as Crabtree's time beat out Hannah Roeske of Wheaton, who ran 9:44.34 in 2018. Crabtree broke her second program record in as many weeks, as her 4:54.60 mile time last week earned her the CCIW weekly award.

In the national ranks, Crabtree now sits fourth in Division III, with a converted time of 9:37.71 in the 3000m. She also ranks ninth in the nation in the mile.

Crabtree and the Titans hit the road for two meets this weekend. A group of Titans head to Grand Valley State University for the GVSU Big Meet Friday-Saturday, Feb. 13-14 while another group travels to Monmouth, Ill. for the Roger Haynes Invitational, Saturday, Feb. 14.
