HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. -
With the Illinois Wesleyan University women's golf team through 14 holes and several other teams done for the day, the NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championship Committee canceled the third round of the tournament due to an unplayable hole for the entire tournament field.

Due to the pin placement on the sixth hole, the committee ruled the hole too severe for play and canceled the third round altogether. The tournament will now be played over 54 holes, with the final round being seeded off of the completion of round two.

Illinois Wesleyan advances to the final day of the tournament by virtue of sitting inside the top-15 in the 29-team field. Due to the cancelation of round three, the committee opted to advance the top-12 individuals not on one of those 15 teams, six more than originally slated.

With inclement weather impacted the area throughout the evening, tee times for the final round have been pushed back to 8 a.m. ET. The Titans, alongside Carleton and UT-Dallas will tee off on the back nine at 8 a.m. ET.
