PEWAUKEE, Wis. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's golf team holds a five stroke lead after 18 holes of play at the 2022 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championship. The 15th-ranked Titans carded a 310 on the par-72, 5772-yard Naga Waukee War Memorial Golf Course Thursday, Oct. 6.

A trio of Titans are battling atop the leaderboard, with junior Lexi Onsrud (Normal, Ill.-University High) and sophomores Macy Ludwig (Effingham, Ill.-St. Anthony) and Jadyn Spinks (Bloomington, Ill.-University High) tied for first with five-over 77s.. Sophomore Jacque O'Neill (Harbor Springs, Mich.-Harbor Springs) sits tied for 10th with an opening round 80.

Illinois Wesleyan owns a four-stroke lead over Augustana, which carded a 315. Millikin rounds out the top-three at 325, while Elmhurst (339) and North Central (350) are in fourth and fifth, respectively.
