INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.- The Illinois Wesleyan University women's tennis team travels to Indianapolis, Ind. for a neutral site match against NCAA Division II Cedarville University Saturday March, 6 for a 1:30 ET start.
The women's tennis team is led by head coach Megan Rozboril who enters her second year with the Titans. IWU complete in 13 matches and the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championships, where the Green and White ended with a seventh-place team finish in 2019-20 before COVID-19 halted the season.
IWU has seen the Yellow Jackets once before on Feb. 15, 2020 where CU ended up on top notching a 7-0 win against the Titans.
The Titans' return strong upper class players including lone senior Rebecca Rochacz (Tinley Park, Ill.-Andrew) along with juniors
Alessia Girardin (Chicago, Ill.-Regina Dominican),
Anna Cooper (Mt. Prospect, Ill.-Prospect), and
Ashley Mohr (Morton, Ill.-Morton).
The Green and White have competed once in the 2020-21 season, a 6-1 win over the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis on Sep. 28, 2020.
