BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's tennis team wraps up its 2025-2026 season against Greenville University Wednesday, April 8. First serve is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at Evergreen Racquet Club. The match will also serve as senior day as the program will recognize senior Marianna Arias (Bloomington, Ill.-Bloomington) prior to the match. A win for the Titans (11-6) would earn them their 12th win of the season, which marks the most since 1991 when the team went 12-3.

The Titans most recently defeated Olivet Nazarene University Friday, March, 27. IWU swept the doubles point and got singles wins from juniors Amber Ehrlich (Springfield, Ill.-Glenwood) and Olivia Bell (Bloomington, Ill.-Bloomington), sophomores Gabi Lipske (Gurnee, Ill.-Mundelein) and Katie Van Heuklon (Normal, Ill.-Normal West) and freshmen Adia Douglas (Flossmoor, Ill.-Homewood-Floosmoor) and Elana Religioso (Mahomet, Ill.-Mahomet).

Greenville (7-6) dropped a 5-2 decision to Rose-Hulman Monday, April 6. IWU and GU have met four prior times with Greenville winning the last three meetings. Last season, Greenville won 6-1 with the lone IWU win coming from then-senior Kate Christian. Ehrlich and Bell secured a doubles win.

Results will be posted on iwusports.com upon the completion of the match.
