2018 NCAA Men's Golf Championships  -  Final Results

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Illinois Wesleyan University had their best team round of the tournament and finished in 15th place in the 2018 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championships, held at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C., and concluded on Friday, May 18.

Playing on the par 72, 7150-yard Grandover East Course, the Titans had a final-day team score of 6-over 294 and finished at 45-over 1197 (300-298-305-294) in the 18-team field, cut from 42 after two rounds. With a score of 7-over par 1159, Methodist University won the championship, topping Washington & Lee in second at 1170 and Texas-Tyler in third at 1171.

Freshman Rob Wuethrich carded a 3-under par 69 on the final round and finished as the low scorer for Illinois Wesleyan, tied for 29th in the 96-player field with a 7-over 295 (76-72-78-69).
Brian Peccie of Washington & Lee won the 2018 NCAA Division III individual championship after a three-hole playoff. Peccie and Logan Young of Concordia (Texas) tied for low score with totals of 3-under 285.
