Illinois Wesleyan senior Helen Alex was a first team all-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin selection as a freshman and has been named to the second team as a junior and senior.
Alex has won a career total of 30 singles matches at IWU and her 42 career doubles wins is tied with Allison Heim (2005-09) for the most doubles wins by an IWU player since 2002.
A psychology major at Illinois Wesleyan, she is the daughter of William and Chrisie Alex.

IWU class you’re most qualified to teach:  None of them. IWU classes are tough!

The hardest challenge about being a Division III student-athlete is: Too much time off. I’m used to playing every day year round.
