Illinois Wesleyan senior defensive back Kevin Slawkowski (Mokena, Ill., Lincoln-Way East HS) is a three-year letterman and co-captain of the 2015 team. He was named to third team of preseason Division III All-American squad chosen by USA College Football and American Football Networks.
In 2014, he was chosen to the second team of all-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin squads as a defensive back. He finished third on the IWU team with 58 total tackles (28 solo) and had two interceptions returned for 28 yards.
A business (financial services) major at Illinois Wesleyan, he is the son of Ken and Tammy Slawkowski.

Favorite sports figure: The Terminator from Little Giants
 
My greatest moment in sports was: This year’s comeback vs. Carthage was a fun one to be a part of.
 
The best player I ever faced was:
Toss up between Shane Falco and Vince Papale
 
Worst dresser on my team: John Shipman’s game day attire.
 
Thing that’s been in my fridge the longest: Mac Zabriskie’s two-year old wheel of cheese
 
Person I’m dying to have dinner with: Carrie Underwood
 
Favorite food: Any meal made with love from the roomies

Two things that are tops on my “bucket list”: Run with the bulls in Spain, and attend a live taping of Maury.
