BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The No. 23 ranked Illinois Wesleyan Women's Golf program will host its first home tournament of the season at Ironwood Golf Course in Normal, Ill. The team will take to the par-72, 5,823-yard course Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 12-20, with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

The reigning champions of their home classic in 2025, the Titans have seen a total of nine top-three finishes at Ironwood in the last five years. Their most recent trip around the course, the 2025 Kathy Neipagen Spring Fling, saw IWU claim third out of 21 teams while junior Grace Fagan (Kirkwood, Mo.-Visitation Academy) took home the individual title. 

IWU will be one of 17 teams competing, including Dubuque, Wartburg, DePauw, Aurora, Central (Iowa), Rose-Hulman, UW-Oshkosh, Augustana, Trine, North Central, Albion, UW-Whitewater, Millikin, Carthage, Grinnell, and St. Mary's. 

The Titans will have six student-athletes on both the "A" team and "B" squad. Freshman Natalie Ocheltree (Normal, Ill.-University), sophomore Julia Henry (Homewood, Ill.-Homewood-Flossmoor), juniors Grace Fagan (Kirkwood, Mo.-Visitation Academy) and Gigi Zera (Glenview, Ill.-Loyola Academy) along with senior Emily Gastrau (Wauwatosa, Ill.-Wauwatosa East) and Nora Cerroni (Waukesha, Wis.-Waukesha North) make up the "A" sqaud.

The "B" team is compiled of freshman Merritt Bell (Palatine, Ill.-Fremd), sophomore Ashley Wells (Champaign, Ill.-St. Thomas More) and Addison Krouse (Effingham, Ill.-St. Anthony). Juniors Caroline Carr (Frankfort, Ill.-Lincoln-Way East) and Breanna Brown (South Barrington, Ill.-Barrington) along with senior Sarah Sim (Hoffman Estates, Ill.-Fremd) will also be part of the second six.
