USTFCCCA Release

NEW ORLEANS - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's & women's team and field teams landed four on the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-American teams, announced by the organization Monday, March 16.

Athletes of member institutions who finished in the top-eight of their respective individual events at the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships this past weekend, Friday-Saturday March 13-14, in Birmingham, Ala., took home First Team All-America honors, while those who placed ninth through 16th individually, earned Second Team All-America.

Senior Evan Lowder (Bloomington, Ill.-Normal Community) and juniors Imani Ogunribido (Hanover Park, Ill.-Lake Park) and Mackenzie Huber (Lombard, Ill.-Glenbard East) landed on the First Team All-American list, while senior Adriana Crabtree (Normal, Ill.-University High) earned Second Team All-American status.

Lowder earned his fifth All-American honor in his notable Titan career. After narrowly making Saturday's final in the men's 400m, Lowder made the most of the opportunity, setting a new program and College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin record, running 47.52 and earning a fourth-place finish.

Following an outdoor national championship in the women's triple jump in 2025, Ogunribido posted her highest finish at an indoor national championship, finishing third in the event with a mark of 12.26m.

Huber made the most of her inaugural trip to the track & field national championship, stealing one of the final two qualifying spots in the women's 800m preliminary round on Friday. Huber posted a time of 2:10.85 in the finals to earn fourth-place and First Team All-American status.

Racing with one shoe following a collision for half of the women's 3000m final on Saturday, Crabtree finished 14th in the event with a time of 9:49.62. Crabtree earned her third career All-American finish and first in the 3000m.

The Titans prepare for outdoor season, traveling to Fort Worth, Texas, for the TCU Alumni Invite Friday-Saturday, March 20-21.
