Individually, McGrath indoor mile time was 29th regionally and her 800m mark was 46th-best. During the outdoor season, she ran a time of 4:53.64 in the 1500m to hold the No. 50 spot on the regional list.

The CCIW Outdoor 800m champion, Waterson landed on the list by way of his top-50 regional rankings in four categories. On the indoor list, he is 18th in the 800m and 20th in the mile, while his outdoor 800m time is sixth-best. He was also slotted 46th in the 1500m on the outdoor performance regional ranking. Waterson concludes his career ranked in IWU's top-10 in seven events, highlighted by the second-fastest outdoor 800m time (1:51.48). He earned his degree in economics with a 3.51 GPA.

The Piper City, Ill. native secured the award for the first time in his career. He posted a career-best time of 7.40 in the 60m at the Roger Haynes Invitational.

Crabtree, who qualified for nationals in both cross country and track, secured the honor for the second straight year. An environmental studies major boasting a 3.84 GPA, she was a conference champion in the 3k, DMR, and 3k steeplechase, while also earning All-CCIW status in the mile, 1500m, and 5k. Crabtree was a First Team All-American courtesy of a seventh-place finish in steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship. An all-region awardee, Crabtree placed 13th at Midwest regional and qualified for the national championship cross country meet.

Mackenzie Huber, who reeled in the award for the first time in her career, turned in a strong outdoor season in her first year of competition.
