DES MOINES, Iowa – The Illinois Wesleyan University women's track and field team had two Titans compete on the first day of Drake Relays in Des Moines as junior Adriana Crabtree (Normal, Ill.-University High) raced the 1500-meter and senior Annalese Chudy (Libertyville, Ill.-Libertyville) ran the 10k.

Crabtree, competing in the university/college division unseeded 1500m, clocked a personal-best time in the event of 4:33.64 to improve her No. 2 mark in program history by almost a tenth of a second. The junior finished 16th overall in the 24-person field that featured runners from all NCAA divisions.

In the women's 10k, Chudy was sitting 20th for much of the first 3k before climbing into the top-15 at the halfway mark. Maintaining her position through to the end, Chudy finished 15th overall in 37:10.80.
