BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's and women's track and field teams are readying for a three-meet week that will kick off with a trip to Monmouth College, Tuesday, April 22 before a handful of Titans compete at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa, Thursday-Saturday, April 24-26. Finally, IWU will also send competitors to Decatur, Ill. on Friday for the Millikin Friday Night Invite.

The Green and White are coming off a strong weekend in Terre Haute, Ind. that saw three Titans net six top-10 marks in school history at the Gibson Invitational hosted by Indiana State University. With six meets under their belts, the men's and women's track teams currently have six marks ranking in the top-25 in Division III this season. Huber leads the group with two top-25 marks, sitting No. 8 in the heptathlon and No. 9 in the high jump (1.67m, 5'5.75") after an exceptional weekend in Indiana. Senior Carlyssa King (Decatur, Ill.-Maroa-Forsyth) has held strong in the top-10 at No. 9 in the hammer throw (53.94m, 177'). A larger group of Titans are headed to Monmouth on Tuesday with events slated for a 4 p.m. start at April Zorn Memorial Stadium, while a select group heads to the 115th Drake Relays Thursday-Saturday. Earning individual bids to the Blue Oval are senior Annalese Chudy (Libertyville, Ill.-Libertyville) in the women's 5000m, junior Adriana Crabtree (Normal, Ill.-University High) in the 1500m, Lowder in the 400m, and Ogunribido in the triple jump. Lowder will be joined by sophomores Carson Green (Centralia, Ill-Centralia) and Reece Dusek (Peoria, Ill.-Dunlap) and senior Alex Harvey (Galesburg, Ill.-Galesburg) for the 4-by-400m relay, while Crabtree will race the distance medley relay alongside freshman Alex Reinhart (Normal, Ill.-Normal West), junior Jordynn Griffin (Bloomington, Ill.-Normal Community), and senior Emma McGrath (Oak Lawn, Ill.-Oak Lawn).
