Ott Set for Arnold Palmer Cup as Team USA Co-Head Coach

Tournament to be played July 1-3 at Golf Club de Genève in Switzerland

VANDŒUVRES, Switzerland - Illinois Wesleyan University Head Men's Golf Coach Jim Ott will represent the Titans at the Arnold Palmer Cup as a Co-Head Coach for Team USA at Golf Club de Genève, July 1-3.

Ott will lead Team USA alongside Ole Miss's Kory Henkes, while Oklahoma's Bill Allcorn and Wake Forest's Ryan Potter will round out the coaching staff as assistants.

With the opening ceremony in the books, the event will officially begin tomorrow, July 1, with Mixed Four-Ball Matches. Live scoring will be available via Golfstat by clicking here. Saturday will feature morning foursomes and afternoon mixed foursomes, before singles play and the closing ceremony wrap things up Sunday, July 3.

About the Palmer Cup
The Palmer Cup was co-founded by Arnold Palmer and The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), and began in 1997 at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Florida. The event is a Ryder Cup-style tournament featuring the top men's and women's university/college golfers, with a team from the United States matching up against a team of International players. All three days of action in Switzerland are set to be played at the prestigious Golf Club de Genève, which will be playing at 6,782 yards as a par 72 over the course of the weekend.
