Women’s Bowling To Take Part in Peacocks Classic

Titans compete Friday-Sunday, Jan. 21-23

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's bowling team enters the 2022 portion of its season at the Peacocks Classic Friday Jan. 21-23, hosted by Upper Iowa University in Waterloo, Iowa.

The last time the Titans competed was at the Warhawk Classic, Nov. 21-22, 2021. IWU finished in eighth place, while senior Jade Miller (Chicago, Ill.- Providence St. Mel), junior Alivia Catey (Broadwell, Ill.- Lincoln Community), and sophomore Macy Michorczyk (Franklin Park, Ill.-West Leyden) all rolled personal-best single-game scores.

In addition to the Titans and Upper Iowa, Aurora University, North Central College, Marian University, Quincy University, Augustana College, Carroll University, Valparaiso University, and Dominican University will be competing in the 10-team tournament.
