2015 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track Championship Final ResultsCANTON, N.Y. -- The Illinois Wesleyan women's track and field team finished in fourth place at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track Championships at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., on Saturday, May 23.
Illinois Wesleyan finished with 38 points and trailed Wisconsin-LaCrosse with 73, Wisconsin-Eau Claire with 43 points and Washington U. in third with 39 points.
This is the third best outdoor national finish for an IWU team - Illinois Wesleyan was the NCAA Division III national women's outdoor champion in 2008 and 2010, got seventh in 2009 and ninth in 2012.
In Saturday's competition, junior
Jill Harmon placed fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 12.25 meters (40 feet-2 1/4 inches). The winning jump was a Division III record 42 feet-2 3/4 inches by junior Bria Halama of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
IWU senior
Kelli Herlitz did not advance to the finals, finishing 16th at 37 feet- 9 1/4 inches.
The 4x100 relay team of juniors

Kristen Johnson and freshman
Amelia Glueck got a fifth place finish with a time of 46.69 seconds. The winning time was 45.90 seconds from the team from Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Joiner also got an individual fifth place finish in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.91 seconds. The winning time was 11.67 seconds by senior Carly Fehler of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Freshman
Molly McGraw placed eighth in the high jump with a height of 1.66 meters (5 feet-5 1/4 inches). The event winner was Ripon College senior Jenna Breaker with a stadium record 1.75 meters (5 feet-8 3/4 inches).
In the javelin, senior
Allie Boudreau was 10th (141 feet-5 inches) and senior
Maddie Greybar was 12th (137 feet-11 inches). The winner was junior Kerry Wright of Whitworth with 155 feet-4 inches.
