2015 CCIW Indoor Track Results, Day One

KENOSHA, Wis. - Junior Jill Harmon got first place and senior Allie Boudreau placed second in the pentathlon to help the Illinois Wesleyan women's team to second place after day one of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin indoor track championships in Kenosha, Wis., on Friday, Feb. 27.

The IWU women have a score of 54 and trail first-day leader North Central at 72.5. Carthage is in third with 34.5 points and Wheaton is in fourth with 34 points. Augustana (18), North Park (15), Millikin (4) and Elmhurst (2) round out the field.

IWU racked up points in the long jump with four of the top eight finishers, including freshman Amelia Glueck in first place at 18 feet-9 ¼ inches. Harmon got fourth with a leap of 17 feet-11 ¾ inches and Boudreau was sixth at 17 feet-2 inches. Junior Nia Joiner placed eighth with a distance of 16 feet-11 ½ inches.

In the pentathlon, Harmon got first in the 55 hurdles, long jump and tied with Boudreau in the high jump while Boudreau got first place in the shot put.
