The Illinois Wesleyan women's tennis team lost a 5-4 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin match at Carthage on Sept. 3 in Kenosha, Wis.
Cassie Devore was the only Titan to win both her singles and doubles matches, claiming a 6-1, 6-1 decision over Kelsey Bowen at No. 4 singles, then  teaming with sophomore 
Liz Exo to beat Bowen and Amanda Bizub at No. 2 doubles.
The Titans are 1-2 overall and in the CCIW while it was the first match of the year for the Lady Reds.
