Junior Lauren Hansen is a two-year swimming letterwinner at Illinois Wesleyan.
A product of St. Charles, Ill., East High School, Hansen was the 2008 "Most Outstanding Participant " in the CCIW championship meet when she finished third in the 200 butterfly, fourth in the 100 butterfly and swam on the third place 200 medley and 400 free relay teams.
A psychology and Hispanic studies major at Illinois Wesleyan, she is the daughter of Chris and Jane Hansen of St. Charles.

The best player I ever faced was: Kaylee Jamison- one of my best friends from home. She currently swims Division 1 at Minnesota and is one of their fastest swimmers.
Worst dresser on my team: Gotta go with Tommy Gilbert. I say it with all the love possible, but his wardrobe lacks some serious style.
