Illinois Wesleyan 2015 graduate Chloe Montgomery (Marengo, Ill. / Marengo HS), a pitcher-first baseman, was the co-winner of the 2015 team's "Most Valuable Player" honor. A first team all-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin choice and a third team all-Central Region pick in 2015, she had a 19-4 record in the circle with a 2.86 earned run average and struck out 85 hitters in 125 2/3 innings. Her 19 wins is tied for third best in an IWU season and she finished with a career record of 27-4. A first baseman when not pitching, Montgomery hit .248 with five doubles, a home run and 19 RBI.
She currently works for the accounting firm of Bass, Solomon and Dowell, and is working toward finishing her CPA.
