BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — The Illinois Wesleyan Swimming and Diving team released its 2026-27 season schedule Director of Swimming and Diving Dan Lloyd announced Monday, August 24. The Titans will see ten regular season contests as they enter their second season under the leadership of Lloyd.
IWU will open the season with its annual IWU Halloween Invite on Oct. 31 at Fort Natatorium as it welcomes Rose-Hulman, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Monmouth, Millikin, and Anderson University (IN). The Green and White will then welcome Olivet Nazarene and North Central on Nov. 6 for a triangular meet. Illinois Wesleyan will hit the road for their first away meet at the Monmouth Invite on Nov. 7, before heading north to the two-day Beloit Midseason Invitational starting on Nov. 20 at the Robert G. Nicholls Natatorium.
The Titans last invitational of the 2026 season will round out at the two-day Wheaton Invitational starting on Dec. 4 at Jonathan Leaderhouse Natatorium. IWU starts the new year with a meet in Terre Haute, Indiana against Rose-Hulman on Jan. 9, 2027 at the Rose-Hulman Natatorium. The Green and White will host Illinois College on Jan. 22, 2027 before heading to Jacksonville to compete against the Blueboys once more in the last road meet of the season. The Titans will return home for their last home meet against Monmouth on Jan. 30, 2027.
IWU is set to host the two-day College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Diving Championships at Fort Natatorium starting on Feb. 12, 2027. The Titans will then head to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin for the CCIW Swimming Championships starting on Feb. 17, 2027 at the Recplex.
In his first year at Illinois Wesleyan, Lloyd guided three CCIW individual champions, nine All-CCIW performances and led a coaching staff to be named the women's swimming and diving Co-CCIW Coaching Staff of the Year.
