KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches released the 2025-26 Division III All-District Teams Tuesday, March 17, with sophomore Noah Cleveland (Normal, Ill.-Normal Community) headlining the announcement. Cleveland represented the No. 8 Illinois Wesleyan University men's basketball team as the District 8 Player of the Year, while also garnering First Team All-District 8 status.

Cleveland, the first Titan to be named the district player of the year since Matthew Leritz (2022), was one of four College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin student-athletes named to the District 8 teams. Carthage's Ryan Johnson, Wheaton's Soren Richardson, and Elmhurst's Dominic Trelenberg were second team selections.

One of the top big-men in Division III, Cleveland has burst onto the scene in his first year of collegiate basketball. A unanimous First Team All-CCIW selection, he made history as the league's first student-athlete to take home Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year honors in the same season. The Normal, Ill. product was a four-time CCIW Player of the Week selection and was voted to the D3hoops Team of the Week three times throughout the year.

A double-double machine, Cleveland has racked up 16 on the season, good for sixth-most in Division III. He is averaging 18.8 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, while adding in 52 assists, 49 blocks, and 43 steals. Cleveland has posted 11 20-point games, including topping 30 points on three occasions.

The Titans travel to Fort Wayne, Ind. this Thursday, March 19, for an Elite Eight showdown with No. 2 Emory University. Tipoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. ET inside the Allen War Memorial Coliseum.
