PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's and women's swim completes day two of the three day College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin event this Friday, Feb. 23. Day two highlights senior Lauren Feddersen (Champaign, Ill.-Centennial), sophomore Kayleigh Kuschewski (Batavia, Ill.-Batavia), senior Jackie Rae Kelch (Peoria, Ill.-Peoria Notre Dame), and junior Emily Marks (Cary, Ill.-Cary Grove) who teamed up to win the 200-yard medley relay. 

The Titans proved strong today with performances from the women. Feddersen, Kuschewski, Marks, and Kelch competed in the 200-yard medley relay and clocked in with a time of 1:46.78, just missing the school record by .12 seconds.

Feddersen proved to hold her title from last year in the 100-yard breaststroke, while junior Hadley Fudge (Stanford, Ill.-University) came in right behind to place second. Kelch, who has yet to swim the 100-yard fly this year, took fourth overall with a time of 59.35. Kuschewski also claimed her first All-CCIW by placing second in the 100-yard backstroke 

For the men, senior Lane Wagner (Danville, Ill.-Danville) finished fourth in the men's 400-yard individual medley, timing in at 4:10.66. 

Preliminaries for day two of the CCIW Championships start at 10:30 a.m. and finals will begin at 6 p.m. A live stream will be available via the CCIW's official YouTube account.
