Wiley Named to All-CCIW Second Team

One of three freshmen to earn the distinction

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Illinois Wesleyan University women's soccer freshman Liza Wiley (Bloomington, Ind.-Home School) was named to the All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Second Team Friday morning, Nov. 1.

Wiley is one of three freshmen to earn All-CCIW honors with all being named to the second team.

The freshman played an integral role at center midfield for the Titans and was IWU's lead scorer on the season. Wiley played in six of the eight conference games, having only missed two due to injury. She totaled four points in conference play off a pair of goals in the Green and White's 3-0 shutout of Wheaton, Oct. 9.

Junior Bree Cordray (Le Roy, Ill.-University High) was recognized as IWU's CCIW RESPECT award winner.
