BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's and women's swim and dive teams will start their weekend in Bloomington, Ill. before capping it off in Kenosha, Wis. as IWU competes against four different teams over two days.

The Titans compete Friday, Jan. 19 against Millikin University and Illinois College, starting at 6 p.m. inside Illinois Wesleyan's Fort Natatorium. IWU has yet to compete against MU and IC this year but the Green and White bested both teams in the IWU Tri meet a season ago. The women are 13-0 against the Big Blue in its series history while the men are 12-1. Illinois College is a recent foe to the swim and dive teams though, as this is only their second year competing against each other.

Saturday, Jan. 20, the teams travel to Kenosha, Wis. to duel against both Carthage College and Illinois Institiute of Technology. Carthage and Illinois Wesleyan have already met once this year at the Carthage Classic back in November where the Firebirds beat both IWU teams, 2149.5-829 on the men's side and 1425.5-940 on the women's side. A team the Titans have not yet seen this season are the Scarlet Hawks of the IIT. The Green and White have only met the Scarlet Hawks a total of five times. IWU has a 5-0 record against IIT on the women's side and is 0-5 on the men's side.
