BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's lacrosse team completes its three-game homestand with a match against Aurora University Thursday, March 10. The Titans (1-3) are scheduled to play the Spartans (1-2) at 4 p.m. inside Tucci Stadium.

IWU is led by senior Landry Elliott (Milwaukee, Wis.-Nicolet) who carries a team-high 12 points over the span of four games. The Milwaukee, Wis. native leads the Titans in goals with nine and is tied for the team-high in assists with three, alongside fellow senior Bridget O'Malley (Chicago, Ill.-Marist)

IWU earned its first win of the season Sunday, March 6 against Concordia University-Chicago. Aurora will travel to Bloomington after suffering a 17-11 loss to Capital University, the same team IWU faced in its home opener Saturday, March 5.

The Titans and Spartans have played a total of five times since the 2016 season. IWU has come out on top in each meeting, holding the 5-0 lead in the all-time series. The last time IWU and AU competed was in the 2021 season opener for the Green and White. It was the closest goal margin between the two teams in the series' history as the Titans won 9-7.
