WHEATON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's and men's swimming and diving teams complete their regular-season dual schedule this Saturday, Feb. 13 with a dual-meet against Wheaton College at Jonathan Lederhouse Natatorium. This first race is scheduled to start at 11 a.m., with the women competing first, followed by the men at 2:30 p.m.

Freshman
Natalie Wajda (Park Ridge, Ill.-Maine South) earned College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Swimmer of the Week honors following outstanding performances at Carthage, Feb. 5. Wajda's impressive finishes included two times ranked in the CCIW top-100 rankings for the 2020-21 season. She holds the CCIW's top-time in the 200 backstroke (2:09.77) and the third-best time in the 100 back (1:01.04).Â

Among the other institutions in the conference the Titans have 22 top-three times in the CCIW top-100 rankings out of a total 25 events.Â

Leading the Green and White with the most top-three ranked times is junior
Ellen Gilbert (Northbrook, Ill.-Glenbrook North) who holds four spots. Gilbert's time of 2:09.96 in the 200 butterfly tops the conference. She also owns second-ranked times in the 500 freestyle (5:22.90) and 100 fly (1:00.26), as well as a third-place time in the 100 free (55.31).

Sophomore
Lauren Feddersen (Champaign, Ill.-Centennial) tallies three times among the top-three rankings, including the second-best time in the 200 breaststroke (2:32.02) and two third-place times in the 100 breast (1:11.15) and 200 fly (2:21.59). Freshman
Hannah Murray (West Chicago, Ill.-St. Charles East) holds two times ranked in the top-three, highlighted by her time of 1:59.62 in the 200 free. She also holds the second-best time in the 100 free (55.15).

Laurin Ebert (Big Lake, Minn.-Big Lake),
Megan Wong (Gurnee, Ill.-Warren Township),
Donna Kurek (Roselle, Ill.-Lake Park), and
Jackie Rae Kelch (Peoria, Ill.-Notre Dame). Ebert and Wong are slotted second in the 1000 free (11:17.91) and 200 individual medley (2:15.37), respectively, while Kurek (1000 free - 11:25.04) and Kelch (200 back - 2:18.47) hold third-ranked times.

Ethan Lowder (Bloomington, Ill.-Normal Community) has the CCIW's best time in the 50 free (21.65) and third-best mark in the 50 back (25.96). Junior
Mason McCauley (Deerfield, Ill.-Deerfield) claims two times ranked in the top-three, including the top-time in the 500 free (4:51.27) and second-best time in the 200 fly (2:02.42).

Jackson Rapala (Roselle, Ill.-Lake Park) owns the top time in the 1000 free (10:39.55), while freshman
Henry Moore (Champaign, Ill.-Centennial) is second in the 1000 free (10:49.00). Rapala also holds the third-ranked time in the 500 free (5:07.89).Â
