BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Former Illinois Wesleyan University women's basketball standout
Olivia Lett, who donned the Green and White from 2009-12, was named to the D3hoops.com Women's Basketball All-Decade Team Monday, July 27. Lett, one of three College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin players named to the list, earned Honorable Mention status.

I got to play on three great teams against some of the top teams and players in Division III in front of family and friends. I was very blessed."
"Olivia Lett was one of the most offensive-minded players I've had the privilege of coaching," IWU Head Women's Basketball Mia Smith said. "She could score in ways that I never anticipated. Her mindset in practice was to be as competitive as possible so that when games came around she would be totally prepared. She had natural leadership instincts and knew how to motivate her teammates. Olivia knew that the off-season is where championships were made. She was a very hard working player and a very dedicated player to the sport. Her off-season training often included mimicking professional players in the NBA. Many fans believed she could have played on several collegiate men's teams."
