ROCK ISLAND, Ill. -- Winning for the fourth straight time, the Illinois Wesleyan University women's lacrosse team defeated Augustana College, 15-6, at Thorson-Lucken Field in Rock Island, Ill., on Saturday, April 6.
The Titans, who built up an 11-1 lead after the first half of play, are 9-2 overall and 1-0 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin and the Vikings slipped to 4-7 overall and 0-2 in the league.

Dani Engelbreit scored four goals to lead IWU while sophomore
Riley Rooney and senior
Grainne Kelly each added three goals. Illinois Wesleyan had a 32-13 lead in shots on goal and fired off a total of 37 shots to 22 for the Vikings.
Senior
Sam Bidlack provided four assists for the team high and Kelly added two helpers.
Illinois Wesleyan won 16 of the 23 draw controls and had a lead of 22-19 in ground ball pickups. IWU was successful on 16 of 19 clear attempts.
