Dani Engelbreit scored six goals and the Illinois Wesleyan women's lacrosse team improved to 4-0 with a 17-8 win over visiting Wittenberg University at Tucci Stadium on Wednesday, March 6.

Grainne Kelly scored three goals and added four assists while sophomore
Riley Rooney, freshman
Cassandra Jones, and senior
Claudia Richman each netted two goals. Rooney also provided four assists.
IWU sophomore starting goalkeeper
Janaye Godfrey had four saves in 43:57 and freshman
Sydney MacDonald played the final 16:03.
Wittenberg (1-3) got three goals from Josee Clayton and two from Madeline Stock.Â

The Illinois Wesleyan spring break trip takes the Titans to Colorado Springs, Colo., where IWU meets an NCAA Division II school in the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs at 5 p.m. MT on Monday, March 11. Back to Division III play, IWU faces Whitman College (Calif.) on Wednesday and No. 24-ranked Colorado College on Friday.
