KENOSHA, Wis. – The Illinois Wesleyan volleyball team dropped to 14-6 and 4-2 in CCIW play on Tuesday night, falling to Carthage College in five sets (25-21, 19-25, 25-20, 18-25, 10-15). IWU was up 2-1 but dropped the final two sets to the Lady Reds. Sophomore 
Tyler Brown led the No. 25-ranked Titans with 20 kills and 23 digs.
 
With a win the Lady Reds improved to 9-8 and 2-1 in the CCIW, now sitting in fourth place behind the third place Titans.
 
Junior 
Kyleigh Block finished with 13 kills and 17 digs, both of which were second most on the team. Sophomore 
Rachel Burkman added 13 kills as well along with six digs while junior 
Anne Cummings added 10 kills. Burkman led the team with a .433 hitting percentage.
 
Freshman 
Raina Emery finished with 16 digs which ranked third on the team during Tuesday's match. Senior 
Colleen Rynne led the way with 22 assists. Eight other Titans recorded an assist during the match.
What's Next?
The Titans are off until next Tuesday, Oct. 18 when they will face off against Wheaton College. Wheaton is currently 7-12 with a 2-2 record in the CCIW. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m. at King Arena in Wheaton, Ill.
