Box Score The No. 7-ranked Illinois Wesleyan women's soccer team remained unbeaten with a 5-0 win over St. Mary's (Ind.) on Sept. 16 at IWU's Neis Field.
Carlie Hoekstra opened the scoring at 11:38 on an assist from
Lauren Knaack. Sophomore Molly O'Brien scored on a penalty kick at the 21:13 mark and
Tori Samson made the score 3-0 at 23:11 after Knaack's second assist of the game.
Junior
Kelsey Porter headed in a goal at 39:34 after a terrific bending pass from
Lynn Martin to give the Titans a 4-0 halftime edge.
Annmarie Dolak had the Titans' only second half goal on an assist from
Alyssa Feulner at 56:05.

Alli Novak registered her 20th career shutout (tying her with Gayle Woodbury for third all-time at IWU) as she handled only one shot on goal for a save. IWU outshot the Belles, 20-2.
Wesleyan opens defense of its College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin title on Saturday, Sept. 19 at North Park.
