A history and education major at Illinois Wesleyan, he is the son of John Koschnitzky and Lori Krell.

Why you chose Illinois Wesleyan: Illinois Wesleyan has a great balance between school and athletics. Also, my family is able to see all of our games.

IWU class you’re most qualified to teach: Any kind of U.S. History course.

The hardest challenge about being a Division III student-athlete is: Balancing your time between homework, practice, and maintaining social life.

Worst grade in a class you ever got – what and when? I failed my first test ever at IWU. It’s a sore subject but I bounced back.

I’m deathly afraid of ... : Heights. I enjoy roller coasters though. Not sure how that works.

Worst habit: Losing my keys or my wallet. I need to work on that.

Most expensive traffic ticket: $125 for speeding. Long story…

Language I’d like to learn: I would like to be able to speak Spanish better than I can now.

The longest I could survive without my cell phone: I think I could go a week but that would be pushing it.

Your usual response to “What’s going on?”: Not too much. How about you? (I will usually keep it pretty simple)

Favorite sports figure: Stephen Rudnicki (He has a sweet tattoo for those of you who didn’t know).

My greatest moment in sports was: Making it to the Division III "Elite Eight" my sophomore year at IWU.

The best player I ever faced was: Julian Wright. I had to guard him as a freshman in high school in front of NBA scouts. It didn’t work out too well for me.

Worst dresser on my team: Definitely Eliud Gonzalez, no doubt about it.

Thing that’s been in my fridge the longest: Chipotle Mayo that I bought a while ago and have not used much.

Person I’m dying to have dinner with: My Aunt Beth. She passed away when I was younger.

Favorite food: It’s a tie between Chinese food or pasta.

Vegetable I won’t eat: There isn’t a vegetable that I don’t really like.

Pepsi or Coke?: Pepsi for sure.

Favorite TV show: “Dexter”, “Modern Family” or “Swamp People.”

Favorite musical group: I don’t really have a favorite. I’ll listen to anything.

Favorite movie: “Bad Boys II”

If a movie were made of my life, I would like the following person to play me: Ryan Reynolds

The person in history I would most like to meet is: Ben Franklin. He was a great American.

My dream job would be: I’m sure the NBA would be pretty sweet, but I would love to be a high school or college coach at some point after I graduate.

Place I’d most like to live: Somewhere warm like Florida or South Carolina.

Two things that are tops on my “bucket list”: I would love to travel to Scotland and another would be to face my fear of the “Giant drop” at six flags.

My possession that would fetch the most on eBay: Probably my Larry Bird autographed Sports Illustrated cover.

What I miss most about being in the third grade: Playing football in the parking lot during recess.
