Illinois Wesleyan senior Brenden Wall (Freeport, Ill., Freeport HS) was an all-conference performer in 2014 when he finished third in the outdoor long jump and eighth in the outdoor triple jump at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championships. He was also all-CCIW in 2014 with his third place finish in the indoor triple jump and in 2013 in the outdoor triple jump and with his fourth place finish in the indoor triple jump.
A psychology major at Illinois Wesleyan, he is the son of Michael and Keri Wal and his father was a golfer and basketball player at IWU in the 1980s and was the Titans' "Most Valuable Player" for the 1984 golf team.

Favorite sports figure:  Michael Jordan
 
My greatest moment in sports was: 2014 outdoor conference championships triple jump, my teammates and I placed first, third, and sixth, scoring 19 points in one event
 
The best player I ever faced was:  Joseph Bertrand (started for three years for Fighting Illini basketball)
 
Worst dresser on my team: The track team always looks good, but Jeff has some really hole-y shirts
 
Thing that’s been in my fridge the longest: Grape jelly
 
Person I’m dying to have dinner with: Seth MacFarlane
 
Favorite food: Steak (medium rare)
 
Vegetable I won’t eat: Peas
 
Pepsi or Coke? Coke
 
Favorite TV show: “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”
 
Favorite musical group: Don’t really have one, if it’s good music I’ll listen to it
 
Favorite movie: “The Dark Knight”
 
If a movie were made of my life, I would like the following person to play me: Leonardo DiCaprio
 
If my life were on TV as a reality show, I’d call it: “Off the Wall”
 
The person in history I would most like to meet is: Alexander the Great
 
My dream job would be: Being a world known neuroscientist
 
Place I’d most like to live: Somewhere near a beach
 
Two things that are tops on my “bucket list”: Seeing the Northern Lights and travel around Europe
 
My possession that would fetch the most on eBay: Golf clubs
 
Who is the luckiest person in the world? Frane Selak (I googled this and his name came up first)
 
What I miss most about being in the third grade: Definitely recess
