Mady Poulter became the assistant women's lacrosse coach beginning in the fall of 2024. She joins head coach Abby Kushina's staff.
Poulter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Studies from Eastern Illinois in 2019 where she was a four-year letterwinner and starter on the softball team. Poulter went on to receive her Master of Science in Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation while serving as a Graduate Assistant for Development from EIU in 2021. She also served as an Athletic Operations Department Intern and Athletic Media Relations Department Intern while earning her masters degree. Poulter was an avid member of SAAC while a student-athlete for the Panthers and served as the Vice President of the kinesiology and sports studies-sport management association.
Along with her assistant coach duties, Poulter serves as a human resource manager at Four Seasons Health Club. She also brings previous coaching experience, as she served as an assistant softball coach at McKendree.
