Illinois Wesleyan

Justin Busch enters his second year as a graduate assistant for Illinois Wesleyan in 2021-22, and also serves as the team's head strength and conditioning coach.

In his first season, Busch helped coach the Titans to a CCIW Conference Championship. He also serves as the head strength and conditioning coach and specializes in the player development of the perimeter players as well as traditional coaching duties. 

Prior to joining Ron Rose's staff, Busch was an assistant coach at his alma mater, Loras College. In his time there, the Duhawks compiled a 40-15 record and made an appearance in the Sweet Sixteen.

Busch graduated from Loras in 2018. A four-year player for the Duhawks, he helped Loras to an American Rivers Conference Championship. In his senior season, he served a team captain and started 19 games.
