Chris Davis

Chris Davis, a 2018 graduate of Blackburn College with a degree in sports management, joined the Illinois Wesleyan men's basketball coaching staff in 2018-19.

Davis was a four-year basketball letterman and starter for the Beavers, averaging 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 95 career games.
He finished No. 8 all-time in scoring at Blackburn with 1,427 points, while also adding 383 rebounds, 180 assists, 114 steals, 131 3-pointers, and 428 free throws. He had a career field goal percentage of 43 percent, career 3-point field goal percentage of 40 percent, and career free throw percentage of 80.5 percent.
Davis earned second team all-St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2015-16 and was among the league's top five in scoring for two years.
As a freshman, he scored a career-high 43 points against Principia College, had a career-high of 16 rebounds versus Rockford, and scored 22 points against the Illinois Wesleyan Final Four team during the 2013-14 season.
Davis was named to the 2013 Wheaton College Lee Pfund Classic all-tournament team and to the all-tournament team at the 2014 Colorado College Tip-Off tourney.

Originally from Paducah, Ky., and now a native of Tamms, Ill., Davis is enrolled in the sport psychology graduate program at Illinois State University in Normal.
