In 2011, Mark Halbach is in his second year as an assistant on the Illinois Wesleyan football staff and will serve as the wide receivers coach.

Halbach has served for the past two seasons as the quarterbacks’ coach at Lakeland College. He has nine years of coaching experience with the Oshkosh Flyers, a youth football program for sixth through eighth graders. A native of New Holstein, Wis.,

Halbach earned a bachelor’s degree from Lakeland in fitness and sports studies and is pursuing a master’s degree at Illinois State University.
