In his third season working as an assistant with the defensive backs is Andy Dicken, who is no stranger to the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin.

The cousin of IWU coach Bill Dicken, Andy graduated in 2010 from CCIW member Millikin. He earned three varsity football letters for the Big Blue and was the team’s starting quarterback in 16 games in his career.

A product of Normal Community West High School, he earned letters for the Wildcats in football, basketball and baseball.
