BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Illinois Wesleyan University women's soccer team will open College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin play at No. 16 North Central College in Naperville, Ill. Saturday, Sept. 26 at 11 a.m. The match will serve as a doubleheader, with the IWU men's soccer team squaring off with the Cardinals after. 

The Green and White go into CCIW play 4-0-4, not dropping a single contest during the non-conference slate. The Titans have a 0-0-4 record on the road and have collected their four wins at home on Neis Field. IWU will be tested during Saturday's contest against nationally ranked NCC, as the program remains undefeated, 7-0, on the season. 

Last week, the Titans went 2-0-1, collecting two home wins against Knox College and Illinois College and a road draw at UW-Platteville. Juniors Liza Wiley (Bloomington, Ind.-Home School) and Taylor Haun (Metamora, Ill.-Metamora Township) scored two goals for the Green and White in a Sept. 19 contest against the Pioneers. 

The Titans lead the all-time series over North Central with a 27-7-1 record and a 12-4 road record. Despite this, IWU has dropped the last three contests against NCC, scoring just one goal. 

The Titans will play on Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium at 11 a.m. with the IWU men's contest following at 2 p.m. Live coverage of the contest can be accessed here.
