BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The first D3hoops.com Top-25 of the 2026 calendar year was unveiled Monday night, Jan. 5, with the Illinois Wesleyan University women's basketball team slotted No. 17.

The Titans reeled in 214 points as one of two College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin in the poll. Carroll slid to 21st with 99 points. 

Illinois Wesleyan is 9-4 on the season, 4-0 in CCIW action. The Green and White hold wins over No. 14 WashU (59-54), No. 21 Carroll (85-52), and No. 22 Bethel (78-76).

Leading the poll, NYU pulled in 615 points and 16 first-place votes. Scranton checked in at No. 2 with eight top-spot votes as part of 608 points. UW-Oshkosh totaled 565 points along with one first-place vote.

The Titans are back in action Saturday, Jan. 10, against North Park University. The CCIW bout will tip at 2 p.m. in the Shirk Center.
